I will be allowing personal email again shortly. You will still have to verify using the global. If you cannot access the global, you have to email me with a .mil email or have someone endorse you using a .mil email. Include the user name you would like to use. Expect about 1 week turn around for manual account creation as I have been quite busy and am the only active admin at this time.
The activation script now asks a question you can only answer if you have access to the global email list. This will save me work.
If you have problems or do not have access to the entire global, email me from your .mil and include your civilian email. I will need to manually activate your account still, but this should be a lot fewer.
